Staniel Cay is located in the Exumas, also referred to as the “Out Islands” or “Family Islands” of the Bahamas. The Exumas are a 120-mile long chain of 365 islands, and Staniel Cay is at the heart of it all. Less than two square miles of area, Staniel Cay’s vibrant personality sets it apart from the many other islands.
Positioned approximately 75 miles south of Nassau and 250 southeast of Miami, Staniel Cay offers easy access to visitors by air or sea.
By Air
Staniel Cay’s 3,000 foot airstrip accommodates private planes, charters and daily air service from Fort Lauderdale and Nassau.

Staniel Cay and the surrounding area is ideal for boaters and cruisers. Please contact us to help you arrange private dockage. Also, the Staniel Cay Yacht Club offers an 18-slip marina that can accommodate vessels up to 170 feet in length or drafts up to 8.5 feet at low water.
